Fairy Aid is Rachel, born from an idea of simply seeing a way in which she could help and be of service to anyone needing a hand.

She is the fairy who will come to you and help in any way she can. She can go to you wherever you are – of course practically speaking the area around Frome and thereabouts, including Beckington, Trowbridge, Warminster, Bruton, Shepton Mallet, Maiden Bradley etc, but she can travel much further afield.

 

Who is Rachel?

Fairy Aid is a local privately run service owned by Rachel Mackay. She is not a carer nor a cleaner as such, but having said that she very often and willingly rolls up her sleeves and get on and does whatever has to be done. Fairy Aid offers a tailor-made service entirely personal to her clients needs, and as long as she’s capable and it’s legal, she’ll take it on! For some it might be a one-off requirement, whereas for others it might be more on-going.  Here’s a few words from the fairy who perhaps can tell you a little better about how she works!

 

‘I tend to work my diary week by week and that way I can fit everyone in. I am very flexible and it helps if my clients can be too, which miraculously they are! Some projects are open ended, like gardening and some, like de-cluttering go on for as long as it takes.
